Manages cash flow statements, receivables/payables, and bank reconciliations; analyzes revenues/expenses, variance to budget, and capital planning. Oversees compliance with licenses, permits, leases, and contracts; supports management in achieving financial objectives; mentors accounting staff and ensures timely preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports and budgeting processes. Ensures accurate financial data, prepares reports per company requirements, and drives continuous improvement in accounting practices within the hotel organization.
