Job Summary
Lead financial operations for LSM Outdoor Power powered By Spark Dealer Group, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; develop and implement financial policies to ensure compliance and efficiency; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations; manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk; mentor accounting team (AP/AR) and coordinate audits with external auditors; enhance financial systems and processes for accuracy and efficiency; flexible work-from-home options available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
