Job Summary
Controller will lead accounting and reporting functions, establish GAAP-compliant policies, oversee monthly/annual close, consolidate financial statements, coordinate with external auditors, manage tax return processes with external support, and drive internal controls and self-audits. Responsibilities include maintaining the chart of accounts, leading audits and budgeting/analysis with the FP&A team, drafting accounting memos, and ensuring timely financial statements and footnotes. Preference for manufacturing experience, CPA, SAP, and bilingual English-M Mandarin capabilities. Located in Pasadena, CA with on-site requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of accounting manager/controller experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Bi-lingual English & Mandarin preferred
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
