Direct and coordinate company financial planning, budget management, and daily operations of the finance department. Oversee the Corporate Accounting Department to ensure accurate monthly financial statements, annual audits, and compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements. Manage preparation of annual revenue and expense reports, prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investments, and establish departmental goals and policies. Lead the team in tax compliance, audit activities, and procedural improvements while serving on planning committees.
