Controller

Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions while overseeing daily operations of the finance department. Oversee the Corporate Accounting Department for accurate monthly financial statements, annual audits, and budgets, managing preparation of the official annual report on revenues, transfers, and expenses. Recommend benchmarks for division performance, prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investments, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting and tax requirements. Establish departmental goals, policies, and procedures, serve on planning committees, and direct financial audits to recommend procedural improvements. Requires CPA certification preferred and 8 to 10 years of managerial accounting experience.
