Controller

Direct the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as the senior financial leader reporting to the General Manager and supported by a group-level CFO; provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management, develop and maintain internal controls, oversee accounting staff, coordinate external audits, manage payroll and treasury functions, and participate in contract reviews and ERP oversight while guiding short- and long-term operational strategies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, five+ years of supervisory experience, and manufacturing and payroll expertise; proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; and leadership of financial processes across the company.
