Controller

Controller leads Langham’s accounting department, overseeing GAAP-based corporate accounting operations, close processes, and financial reporting. Responsible for internal controls, policy development, and strategic financial insights in collaboration with the CFO and FP&A. Hands-on leader for general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, tax coordination, audit management, and external reporting; drives process improvements, automation, and cross-functional partnership to support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and scalability. Requires strong accounting expertise, leadership for 8+ years in progressive roles, proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica) and BI tools, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include CPA and MBA.
