Controller

Oversee accounting operations and maintain GAAP-compliant financial records while managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. Prepare accurate financial statements, review bank and general ledger reconciliations, and serve as project manager for Oracle NetSuite implementation. Provide financial analysis, coordinate audits with external firms, and handle tax filings including sales, fuel, and federal/state income returns. Develop internal controls, improve reporting efficiency, and mentor accounting staff to foster accountability. This full-time, in-office role reports to the CFO and supports strategic decision-making within a fast-paced fuel distribution environment.
