Job Summary
Lead financial reporting and month-end close for Cheer Home Care, drive internal controls and compliance, oversee payroll and intercompany processes, and partner with Operations to enable profitable growth. Serve as a subject-matter expert on accounting, support ERP implementations and system integrations, prepare audit schedules and tax reporting, and communicate financial performance to the CEO. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years of accounting/financial leadership experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with major ERP systems; CPA preferred. Located at Cheer’s La Jolla, CA office with hands-on, collaborative leadership across field operations.
Required Qualifications
