Controller II-Shelbyville, TN

Direct and coordinate accounting functions and systems for the Shelbyville facility to provide management with timely and accurate information. Conduct P/L analysis for the value-added processing floor poultry operations, including yield analysis and review, while overseeing transfer pricing policies and product costing models. Serve as the key contact for the management team regarding data analysis and recommendations, actively participating in weekly review and strategy meetings. Establish constructive working relationships with cross-functional teams including plant management, corporate sales, scheduling, and marketing. Coordinate the accurate completion of new product requests and manage SKU rationalization within the facility.
