Controller (Hybrid)

Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for an engineering consulting firm. Responsibilities include general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, audit coordination, monthly/quarterly/annual close, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and building scalable accounting processes. Partner with CFO and leadership for financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, cash-flow management, and strategic planning. Manage external audits and drive system/process improvements, maintaining data integrity in Deltek Vantagepoint, and develop a high-performing accounting team. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills; CPA preferred; 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; Bachelor's degree required.
