Controller role overseeing the property accounting department in a large NY-area multi-family portfolio. Leads budgeting reviews, develops complex financial analyses, mentors property accountants and assistant controllers, and ensures timely accurate financial reporting. Requires a BS in accounting with 5+ years of experience; CPA or MBA preferred. Strong Excel skills, leadership ability, and effective communication; Yardi and real estate experience preferred. Hybrid role with in-office work in New York, NY area.
