Provide executive leadership over all financial functions across three affiliated companies, overseeing reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Consolidate and analyze financial data for ownership reporting while leading month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy. Develop financial strategies aligned with growth objectives, manage relationships with banks and auditors, and partner with operations to improve cost control and profitability. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and billing, while driving financial system implementations and team development. Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations, supporting contract review and risk management.
