Job Summary
Operational Controller responsible for leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; overseeing daily accounting operations (GL, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany); ensuring timely, accurate US GAAP financial reporting; driving process improvements and internal controls across multiple subsidiaries; managing multi-entity and international consolidations; supporting ERP optimization, systems implementations, and automation; mentoring accounting staff across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA required
- Public accounting experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong operational accounting background with hands-on leadership experience
- Experience overseeing international accounting operations and global consolidations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
