Oversee all accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, AR, and payroll while managing month-end and year-end close processes. Develop internal controls to safeguard assets, analyze financial data for management insights, and lead annual budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while driving continuous improvement in financial processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 7+ years of progressive experience with at least 3 in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. Salary range is $120,000 - $169,000 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
- at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
