Controller

Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and audit management. Lead and mentor the accounting group while partnering with operational leaders to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and organizational growth. Contribute to the evolution of the finance function through technology investments, process improvements, and reporting enhancements. Based in Kamloops, this role involves a planned succession transition with knowledge transfer before assuming full responsibility. The Controller reports directly to the President within a family-owned organization managing 4,500 apartment homes across British Columbia and Alberta.
