Job Summary
Partner to the President and Executive Team in business strategy development while serving as primary liaison to the ITG Finance Team. Oversee the Davies finance team, manage Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions, and lead monthly performance analysis and year-end closing cycles. Direct the Microsoft D365/ERP migration and support segment acquisition integrations. Coordinate audits, maintain inventory processes, and ensure compliance with established accounting policies. Drive operational improvements through technology automation and data analysis, while mentoring staff and establishing performance goals. Lead ad hoc requests for the President, ITG, and Heico as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in business, finance/accounting or a relevant curriculum
- 5-10 years of progressive financial management experience
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Extensive accounting experience

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Microsoft D365 implementations
