Job Summary
Lead and scale the finance organization for a multi-entity, multi-state home care agency. Oversee all accounting functions (GL, AP, cash management, financial reporting), lead month-/quarter-/year-end closes, prepare consolidated financials, manage audits and regulatory filings, ensure GAAP compliance and wage/labor regulations, build and coach a high-performing team, partner with Operations and HR for financial and operational alignment, oversee cash flow and forecasting, analyze profitability by payer/service line/geography, support pricing and payer contract strategy, and drive budgeting/forecasting and financial modeling for growth and multi-state expansion.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibility
- Proven ability to manage and scale teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, and multi-entity structures
- Healthcare experience preferred, home care (LHCSA/CDPAP) strongly preferred
- Expertise in Excel and financial systems; Intacct preferred
