Controller

Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and grants administration. Oversee financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis while directing the annual audit process to ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls; support organizational budgeting and provide financial guidance to senior leadership. Manage banking relationships, oversee treasury activities, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency. Supervise and mentor the accounting team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred), CPA preferred, and 6+ years of progressive experience with 4+ years in leadership. Nonprofit accounting experience with grants and contract management is preferred.
