Controller

Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, while preparing accurate financial statements and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions, develop internal controls and accounting policies, and manage cash flow for long-term planning. Coordinate external audits, oversee tax and regulatory reporting, and partner with executive leadership to provide strategic recommendations. Lead and develop the accounting team while driving continuous process improvements. This role reports to the CFO within a growing manufacturing nonprofit, offering relocation assistance and a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.
