Job Summary
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process while preparing financial statements and internal management reports that comply with U.S. GAAP. Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, including cash flow management, credit collections, and supplier payments. Coordinate year-end audits, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and analyze key metrics such as margins, inventory levels, and capital expenditures. Maintain internal controls, support ERP improvements, and ensure tax compliance with external advisors. Provide financial insights to leadership and participate in special projects. Requires 5+ years of financial management experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and CPA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial management or accounting leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience managing both AP and AR functions
- Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Controller experience
- CPA (relevant experience may substitute)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and ConnectWise
