Job Summary
Controller for a well established entertainment venue overseeing accounting, finance, payroll, internal controls, GAAP compliance, audits, non-profit reporting, and coordination with the CFO. Responsibilities span period-end close, cash flow and bank reconciliations, AP processing, payroll administration, financial reporting, budgeting, and liaison with clients on settlements and contractual commitments. Requires proficiency with MAS 90, QuickBooks, Advanced Excel, and experience in what appears to be multi-site or multi-area accounting for a nonprofit/entertainment operation.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in an accounting management role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- MAS 90 and QuickBooks preferred
