Controller

Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance while partnering with leaders across Service, Installations, Sales, Procurement, and Core Operations. Augment leadership by managing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Treasury functions to ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes. Provide actionable financial insights on service line profitability, pricing strategy, and project performance to drive margins and operational efficiency. Lead the accounting function, champion NetSuite optimization, and develop KPI dashboards for field productivity and customer profitability. Establish performance expectations and foster collaboration to transform Finance into a strategic contributor supporting Total Fire Protection's long-term vision.
