Job Summary
Maintain regional finance, accounting, and administrative functions while overseeing month-end close, bookkeeping, and project cash management. Perform capital needs analysis, prepare financial reports for the Board and lenders, and manage annual audits and credit rating reviews. Advise the GM and CFO on financial risks, optimize budgets, and ensure compliance with US GAAP standards and local legislation. Manage external advisors and maintain the financial model to support business plan targets.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Strong understanding of operational accounting
- Active CPA certification
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of complex financial models and analysis
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Thorough knowledge of financial management
- Ability to interact with colleagues in a small, self-managed team structure
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment within a small team
Desired Qualifications
- 7-10 years' experience in project finance or construction accounting
- Telecommunication, fiber optics, infrastructure or broadband
