Controller

Controller responsible for managing the Company’s day-to-day compliance and reporting of financial matters and collaborating with the Vice President of Finance to oversee the financial affairs of the Company. Leads financial analysis, budgeting, internal controls, capital raises, and external audits; directs merger and acquisition activities, due diligence, and post‐acquisition financial reporting; develops and enforces accounting policies, ensures GAAP compliance, and coordinates with HR on safety metrics and payroll-related matters. Oversees treasury, tax planning, lender/investor reporting, and production of interim and annual financial statements; mentors accounting staff and communicates financial insights to senior management.
