Controller

Lead the accounting department for a commercial and industrial services leader, managing general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, collections, and payroll. Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, year-end audits, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with tax filings and regulatory standards while identifying process improvements for operational efficiency. Manage and mentor a team of three, partnering with operations, procurement, and project management to align financial strategies with business objectives. Handle banking and insurance relationships alongside IT and HR collaboration. Work directly with the President on business strategy and financial planning in a stable, debt-free environment.
