Job Summary
Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, treasury, and month-end close. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while partnering with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, manage annual financial audits, and develop accounting policies. Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies across the accounting function. Lead and mentor the accounting team while managing special projects and cross-functional initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, a CPA preferred, and advanced ERP skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with increasing leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Experience managing the month-end close, audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and drive continuous process improvements
- Self-motivated, collaborative leader with strong business acumen
- The ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization
