Job Summary
Partner to the President and Executive Team in developing and executing business strategy while serving as the primary liaison to ITG Finance. Oversee the Davies finance team, manage Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions, and lead monthly performance analysis and forecasting. Direct the closing process for monthly and year-end cycles, coordinate audits, and prepare Major Expenditure Authorization requests. Lead Microsoft D365/ERP migration initiatives, support segment acquisitions, and implement cycle counting processes. Establish staff performance goals, conduct annual appraisals, and mentor team members. Ensure operations align with Heico's accounting policies and identify automation opportunities to drive efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in business, finance/accounting or a relevant curriculum
- 5-10 years of progressive financial management experience
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Extensive accounting experience

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
