Job Summary
Controller role in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic, responsible for leading monthly close, US GAAP-compliant financial reporting, revenue recognition, accruals, MtM valuations, and Ad hoc analyses. Drives improvements/automation for control checks, collaborates with accounting for audits, supports ERP rollouts (e.g., SAP), and ensures adherence to group policies. Requires degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics, 3-5 years in Controlling/Finance, US GAAP experience in an international environment, SAP knowledge (nice to have), strong English and stakeholder-management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3-5 years in similar roles across Controlling / Finance
- Experience in US GAAP financial reporting and controlling within an international environment
- SAP knowledge – nice to have
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently, having also a collaborative approach
