Controller

Oversee accounting and financial operations to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and sound fiscal management. Lead budgeting processes, financial analysis, reimbursement reporting, and internal controls while collaborating with department leaders, the Board of Directors, and external auditors. Monitor operating and capital budgets, manage cash and investment activities, and maintain effective accounting systems to support strategic decision-making. Work closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure compliance with governmental and third-party payer requirements. This role supports the organization's mission of providing quality healthcare to the Southwest Wisconsin and Northeast Iowa community.
