Lead all accounting operations for a premier destination resort, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, income audit, and purchasing; deliver accurate financial reporting and a clean month-end close; partner with department leaders to drive profitability and performance; own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance; oversee audits, cash flow, and multi-entity financial activity; build and develop a high-performing accounting team; drive process improvements across systems and workflows. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; hospitality systems experience (e.g., M3, Opera).
