Controller – Controlling & FP&A (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Controller role owning the controlling and FP&A function in close partnership with the Head of Finance. Focus on improving and maintaining management reporting, cost structures, and planning processes as TYTAN scales into series manufacturing; hands-on with ERP data (Odoo), P&L and cost center logic, and project/sales/production-controlling; drive budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts; build driver-based financial models; collaborate with production, manufacturing, and commercial teams; leverage automation and AI to enhance data quality and reporting; prepare decision-relevant reporting for leadership and help shape the finance team’s growth. Fluent German and English; strong ownership mindset and ability to translate complex numbers into actionable insights in a fast-growing, technically advanced defense environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or a comparable finance role
- Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or operationally complex environment a strong plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong Excel skills and experience building structured financial models
- Hands-on ERP experience; Odoo is a plus
- Interest or experience in financial data modeling, automation, or AI-supported analytics
