Job Summary
Oversee the Accounting Department, managing accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll while directing training programs. Maintain documented accounting policies and controls to minimize risk, producing periodic financial reports that comply with GAAP or IFRS. Recommend performance benchmarks, prepare annual budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis for capital investments, pricing, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with external auditors, ensure compliance with government requirements, and perform assigned duties. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, ten years of experience, and CPA or CMA designation preferred.
