Job Summary
Lead financial operations as Controller/CFO, overseeing forecasting, modeling, budgeting, cash flow, and performance analytics; drive strategic planning with senior leadership; ensure regulatory compliance, GAAP, and financial reporting; manage accounting processes, internal controls, and financial risk; collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation; drive efficiency through process improvements and cost-reduction strategies; manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions; mentor and guide the finance team to support company growth and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of advising C-level executives
