Job Summary
Lead global corporate and operational accounting functions, including SEC financial reporting, internal controls, and international teams. Manage external auditors, valuation experts, and third-party firms while overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and government contract accounting. Liaise with legal, sales, operations, and IT to drive results across commercial, publicly traded, and global organizations. Prepare materials for the Board of Directors' Audit Committee and evolve financial reporting systems. This role requires a CPA and 12+ years of experience in a dynamic environment, with a hybrid schedule based in Concord, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- CPA license
- >12 years related experience
- At least 3-5 years with big four auditing firm
- Experience managing accounting functions in a dynamic, global, commercial, publicly traded company
- Strong work ethic

- Experience with accounting for companies with operational accounting (revenue recognition, inventory valuation, costing)
