Controller

Own all core accounting functions including financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls while leading FP&A activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting. Partner with the CFO on strategic finance initiatives and long-range planning, and identify AI, automation, and advanced analytics tools to modernize finance operations. Drive process improvement across the accounting and finance function, build and mentor a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Serve as a key finance partner to operational and clinical leadership within a growing Northeast health system recently completed a major ownership transition.
