Job Summary
Own financial accuracy for assigned business units, including revenue, costs, and profitability, while overseeing monthly close processes to ensure alignment with corporate standards and GAAP/IFRS compliance. Drive simplification of end-to-end close processes to reduce timing and improve quality, ensuring accurate inputs into enterprise consolidation and reporting. Lead regulatory and international audit execution across business units, partnering with corporate leadership to address findings and coordinate with external auditors against deadlines. Provide deep visibility into business performance drivers and translate financial results into actionable insights to support investment evaluations and operational strategies. Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across units, partner on complex transactions, and lead M&A activity by coordinating alignment with Tax, Legal, and shared services teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Controller or senior accounting leadership role
- Experience with business unit or divisional accounting
