Job Summary
Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance for co-manufacturing operations. Lead month-end close, manage GL, drive financial analysis, support audits, and partner with operations to improve processes. Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, intercompany activities and consolidation, internal controls, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP (IFRS/ASPE exposure a plus). Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to drive automation and system improvements. Located in Atlanta, GA; role is full-time with collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA preferred; experience with US GAAP, IFRS, or ASPE acceptable
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial/business systems
