Job Summary
Controller to strengthen the Finance team at Astemo Czech. Responsibilities include supporting budgeting and forecasting, monitoring and analyzing production plant costs and performance, identifying and reporting cost variances, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, delivering ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial data, collaborating with Accounting during closing and reporting activities, and analyzing large datasets in Excel while partnering with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to drive business performance. Qualifications emphasize fluent Czech and English, education in accounting/finance/economics or related field, strong Excel skills, and SAP knowledge as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Czech and proficient in English
- University/secondary school education in accounting, finance, economics or related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in controlling, finance or accounting is an advantage
- SAP ERP knowledge is an advantage
