Job Summary
Lead day-to-day finance operations by supporting external audit requirements for revenue recognition, lease accounting, and stock-compensation under SEC GAAP. Partner with leadership to develop standard costs, estimate monthly ending inventory, and implement budgeting and cash flow forecasting. Manage purchase orders, accounts payable, and accounts receivable while ensuring compliance for transactions recorded in QuickBooks, Bill.com, Certify, TriNet, and Equity Edge. Reconcile intercompany accounts monthly with a French subsidiary and reconcile all cash accounts daily. Prepare draft consolidated financial statements and generate timely analyses of operating progress. This on-site, full-time role in Weston, MA requires a CPA-preferred candidate with 10+ years in senior finance management. At Aquyre Biosciences, you will contribute to a smart, collaborative team of 25 on a mission to reduce patient risk and improve diagnostic accuracy instantly.
Required Qualifications
- Business or Accounting degree mandatory
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior management role
- ideally with both external audit and in-house financial management experience
- gained in a high growth organization
- This is an on-site, full-time role in Weston, MA
Desired Qualifications
- a master's in business administration is preferred
- CPA preferred
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks budget, purchasing and customer invoicing a plus
- Excellent judgment, creative problem solver including negotiation, self-reliant, and results oriented
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, the company's board of directors, and team
