Oversee finances and billing for three companies, managing cash flow and ensuring accurate financial documentation for payment, auditing, and tax purposes. Protect the organization against unintentional overpayments while monitoring vendor payments to ensure timely disbursement. Apply strong financial background in home health care to assist with all aspects of finance for the facilities, including Medicare billing and general accounting principles. Requires proficiency in Excel and advanced computer skills. Competitive salary range of $100K based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller
- Must have strong financial background in home health care
- Must have working knowledge of HCHB and HHA Exchange
- Knowledgeable in billing and Medicare and pay sources
- Ability to assist with all aspects of finance for the facilities
- Strong grasp of generally accepted accounting principles and concepts
- Proficient in Excel
- Advanced computer skills
- Computer knowledge
- ability with aptitude to learn applicable software
