Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving process improvements and scalable accounting workflows. Own and optimize Sage Intacct ERP and establish strong internal controls to support business decision-making. This hands-on leadership role offers up to $160,000 base plus 30% bonus, 3 weeks vacation, and a 5% 401(k) match.
