Job Summary
Manage general accounting workflows, daily processes, and general ledger maintenance while reconciling accounts and supporting the CFO with month-end close entries and financial statements. Complete assigned month-end close entries, review grant tracking for allowable cost compliance, and file annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports. Coordinate with outsource CPA firms, prepare quarterly wrap reports, and monitor Accounts Receivable aging for bad debt calculations. Monitor 304B Pharmacy drug program entries, assist with annual tax reporting and grant budgets, and provide management to departmental staff. This full-time role includes a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an annual salary range of $105,000 to $115,000.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the ability to use advanced functions in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficient in electronic and accounting systems
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
