Job Summary
Director of Finance at Highgate Hotels Ace Hotel leading financial management for a premier hotel property. Responsible for cash flow management, timely monthly financial statements, and robust internal controls; monitor revenues and expenses, maintain budgeting processes, perform variance analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance and timely audits. Directs financial reporting into weekly, monthly, and annual cycles; coordinates with CPA firms and auditors; hires, trains, and develops staff; ensures adherence to company standards and SOPs. Requires 5+ years of hospitality finance/accounting experience, prior Controller/Director of Finance experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, supervision of 2+ staff, and proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and hotel systems.

- Prior Controller or Director of Finance experience in a hotel setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
- Must supervise 2 or more employees
