Job Summary
Lead the financial operations for CRV Surveillance as Controller/Accounting Manager. Own the accounting function, perform monthly financial statements, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reporting, and manage month-end close. Oversee accounts receivable and payable, billing and collections, and implement robust project costing and profitability analysis. Partner with Operations, Sales, Project Management, and the Executive Leadership Team to provide financial insights, develop dashboards, and support budgeting/forecasting. Drive cash flow forecasting, monitor DSO, manage fixed assets and depreciation, and ensure GAAP-compliant financial processes. Requires collaboration across a multi-location service-focused business and proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks), Bill.com, Divvy, and payroll systems. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present results to ELT with actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years accounting experience
- Experience managing month-end close
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with construction, service, security, or project-based businesses
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or ERP systems
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years accounting experience
- CPA preferred but not required
