Job Summary
The Controlled Substance Records (ARCOS) Coordinator is responsible for reconciling daily ARCOS inventory cycle count discrepancies through research and analysis, coordinating with customer service to resolve issues, and processing weekly narcotic buybacks. Key tasks include tracking control issues, conducting monthly ARCOS inventory counts, summarizing daily discrepancies for management, ensuring proper documentation retention, and preparing for DEA audits. Essential skills include strong mathematical abilities, organizational and research skills, and proficiency with McKesson’s suite of applications.
