Job Summary
Lead the production of annual financial statements, prepare audit files, and collaborate with external auditors on year-end analysis. Ensure compliance with tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions and oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations in multiple currencies. Manage and mentor the accounting team while coordinating with international resources, and act as a key financial partner to leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives such as acquisitions. Drive optimization of financial processes and track key performance indicators. Solutions Metrix implements CRM solutions for companies globally, tailoring software to customer business models.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including experience in a Controller or senior accounting role
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and multi-currency operations
- Proven experience with cloud-based accounting systems
- Experience overseeing or coordinating payroll, including international contractor payments
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring an accounting team
- Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in the quality and accuracy of work delivered
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree
