Lead the financial management and planning for a multi-entity client, overseeing the full accounting cycle including monthly statements, reconciliations, and year-end entries. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards while preparing and analyzing financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods. Develop, monitor, and optimize budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses; manage cash flow, liquidity, financing, and banking relationships. Support leadership on strategic projects, investments, and decision-making through financial analysis. Supervise and develop a team of two accounting technicians while coordinating external audit preparations and implementing ERP tools and dashboards to optimize processes.
