Job Summary
Build and pilot the financial trajectory for stocks and purchases, contributing to the three-year plan, budget, and forecast. Translate strategic orientations into financial roadmaps and co-construct budgets with various directions. Analyze supply chain performance indicators and design dashboards to illuminate operational and economic decisions. Monitor stock health metrics, identify risks, and challenge operational teams to root-cause analysis. Participate in Supply Chain governance committees, alert on dysfunctions, and support the implementation of corrective action plans.
Required Qualifications
- Formation supérieure en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion ou Gestion des Opérations
- Expérience significative en contrôle de gestion
- Expérience acquise dans un environnement Retail
- Maîtrise des outils d'analyse et de reporting, notamment Excel, SAP et Business Objects
- Capacité à évoluer dans un contexte international
- Capacité à échanger en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
Desired Qualifications
- Une bonne compréhension des enjeux de gestion des stocks, des achats et de la Supply Chain
- Une appétence pour la data et l'exploitation des indicateurs de performance
