CONTROLEUR DE GESTION INDUSTRIEL OPÉRATIONNEL H/F

Conduct operational management analysis and production performance tracking for the site, including material yield, labor productivity, and stock volume reconciliation. Execute action plans with site leadership to improve industrial performance and oversee indirect production costs such as maintenance and energy. Develop and maintain budget reports, investment project tracking (ROI), and production control plans (PRI) aligned with the supply chain. Collaborate daily with production teams and other departments to monitor activities and support the production manager. Work in a 90-person industrial facility producing frozen meat products under ISO 50 001 and IFS standards, reporting directly to the site director.
